i bought the Academic priced Intuos 4 (medium sized) from Amazon.com for $313 (this includes two-day shipping)

Just upgraded my computer, so no artwork from this tablet yet since I have to re-install photoshop. But if what I hear is true about it, it'll be a magnificent addition to my work area. I squealed when the UPS delivery woman dropped it off and yelled "thank you" behind her.

Even if the tablet wasn't inside, just the packaging is an absolute piece of work. Brilliant and sleek packaging I have to say.

I am simply itching to get photoshop back on here, to see what this puppy can do!

Best friends are one of the greatest things in the world. You can fart, belch, and be a complete and total idiot (within some sense of reason) and they still don't care. Forgiveness comes easily, because for some reason, you connect with them better than the rest of the world. And when they are going through the same thing as you, it's good to know they relate and understand when nobody else around you really does. Spending time with best friends; time seems to slow down to a near standstill. You don't even have to 'do' anything. Just sitting and talking works just fine; because there's always something to talk about. And where there's nothing to talk about, the silence is just as comfortable.

ugh. My dad gets sick. Then my mom gets sick. They get sick for a week. I get sick, then it turns into pneumonia. FUN!

I have pneumonia in my entire left lung. My right is clear. On the X-Rays they took today, you couldn't see the left side of my heart or my diaphragm. FUN.

So I am stuck at home, missing college classes, on a (rented) oxygen machine, getting a nebulizer treatment machine tomorrow, and am taking horse-pill antobiotics to kill the damned pneumonia.

(I also have asthma.)
